Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your purchase goal is created by using your purchases during the same quarter the year prior, plus 5% growth. For example, if your purchases in the second quarter of 2024 were $50,000, your purchase goal for the second quarter in 2025 would be approximately $52,500.

  • Your purchase goal is created by using your purchases during the calendar year prior. For example, if your purchases in 2024 were $400,000, your purchase goal for 2025 would be approximately $400,000. Achieving this activates loyalty, eCommerce and growth rewards.

  • Any purchases above and beyond your purchase goal is considered growth. Growth is based on your current annual purchases that exceed your purchase goal. If you are a new customer you will have a minimum purchase goal set by Johnstone, but you will still accrue growth rewards above said purchase goal as if you were previously established.

  • The JMR (Johnstone Member Rewards) program is on a quarterly schedule. At the end of each quarter, you will be rewarded for your growth over the prior 3 months.

    The EMR (Elite Member Rewards) program is on an annual schedule. At the end of the calendar year, you will be rewarded via your earnings over the prior 12 months.

  • After the completion of each quarter, at the end of the following month, you will receive any earned digital gift cards via email. Your cards will be sent to the email you used during program registration. If you’d prefer to receive physical cards, please contact your Johnstone Supply The Founders Group sales representative for more information.

  • Whatever you want. These are prepaid digital gift cards, so anywhere that takes card payment is acceptable. The cards are not assigned to any one person so you may give them out to other employees or staff members.

  • As part of the registration process, Johnstone Supply will allow you to choose to accrue your earnings towards a credit to be paid against your balance, or to receive your earnings via the digital gift cards. There is no trip redemption reward for 2025.

  • As part of the registration process, Johnstone Supply will allow you to choose to accrue your earnings towards a credit to be paid against your balance, if you would prefer to not receive digital gift cards.

  • We calculate your return rate on the number of items returned rather than their dollar value. This prevents returns of big-ticket items like equipment skew the return rate.

  • If you are found to be ineligible during a quarter, the cards/funds earned during that quarter are forfeited. You may be eligible to earn the next quarter if the issues are resolved.

    If you are concerned about your current status, you may reach out to our Accounts Receivable department or your Territory Manager for an explanation and steps forward. You may be eligible to earn the next year if the issues are resolved.
